Dublin, OH, February 7th, 2005 - In the continuous effort to improve customer satisfaction, the President and CEO of Real Smart Products will be going to Meisei Corporation in Japan at the end of February for acquire product knowledge on Meisei’s viscosity controller product line. The focus of this visit will be to expand international relationship as well as receive training on controller operation, troubleshooting and repair. Upon completion, RSP plan to open a North American Service center for Meisei equipment upgrade and repair.
